早期护理干预对自然分娩产妇食欲水平及乳汁分泌的影响

Effect of early nursing intervention on level of appetite and milk secretion in pregnant women with spontaneous vaginal birth

目的探讨在自然分娩产妇中采用早期护理干预对其乳汁分泌以及食欲水平的影响。方法选择2016年5月至2017年6月在我院进行自然分娩的产妇84例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组产妇采用常规产科护理干预,观察组产妇采用早期护理干预。比较两组护理后食欲、乳汁分泌情况以及并发症发生率。结果护理1周后,观察组产妇食欲与乳汁分泌情况为好的占比均高于对照组,产后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在自然阴道分娩产妇中采用早期护理干预能有效改善其食欲水平,促进其乳汁分泌,减少产后并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on level of appetite and milk secretion in pregnant women with spontaneous vaginal birth.Methods Eighty-four pregnant women underwent spontaneous vaginal birth in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given early nursing intervention.The appetite,milk secretion and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing for 1 week,the ratio of good in appetite and milk secretion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence rate of postpartumcomplications in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention applied in pregnant women with spontaneous vaginal birth can effectively improve the level of appetite,and milk secretion,and decrease the incidence of postpartum complications.
