新生儿红臀护理方式及效果研究

Study on the nursing mode and effects of neonatal red buttock

目的研究新生儿红臀护理方式及效果。方法选取于2016年1月至2016年12月入院的84例新生儿,对其一般资料予以回顾分析,按照护理方法将其划分研究组(42例)和对照组(42例)。对照组选取常规方式予以护理,研究组基于常规方式予以预防护理干预;比较两组新生儿的护理满意度和红臀发生率。结果与对照组对比,研究组新生儿的护理满意度更高(P<0.05);与对照组对比,研究组新生儿护理后红臀发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论新生儿红臀预防中护理干预的应用效果显著,可进一步降低新生儿红臀发生率,可进一步提升患儿家属对临床护理服务工作的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the nursing methods and effects of neonatal red buttock.Methods A total of 84 newborns admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected,the general information was retrospective analysised,and divided into study group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to the nursing methods.The control group was given conventional nursing,the study group was given nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of red buttock of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was more higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of red buttock of the study group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention in the prevention of neonatal red buttock is remarkable,the application of the nursing intervention can further reduce the incidence of neonatal red buttock,further enhance of clinical nursing service satisfaction newborns'family,it is worthy of popularization and application.
