基于城市修补理念的城市老旧住区街道空间环境改造研究

Research on Reconstruction for Old Residential Street Environment on the Concept of Urban Repair

随着我国的城市化进程加快,原有城市老旧住区环境问题日益突出。在城市双修的相关政策和形势推动下,城市和居民对街道空间环境提出新的要求,城市老旧住区改造势在必行。文章结合实例探讨以"城市修补"理念改造旧住区街道开放空间的可行性,提出提升城市老旧住区街道空间环境的设计策略和方法。

With the quickening process of urbanization in China,the environmental problems of old residential areas have become more and more prominent.Under the promotion of urban design policies and situations,the urban and the residents put forward new requirements for the street space environment.The transformation of old urban residential areas is imperative.Based on the case study,this paper discusses the feasibility of transforming the open space of old residential area under the concept of"urban patch",and puts forward the design strategies and methods to enhance the street space environment of old residential districts.
