仿生设计可解决白酒机械酿造过程中对糟醅结构损伤的行业难题,而TRIZ(萃智)理论的引入,旨在弱化专利壁垒,有效融合跨行业的专业技能。仿生设计和TRIZ理论联合应用,可助力白酒机械酿造系统的智能化、简约化,为白酒机械酿造系统日益完善,提供一个有益思路。
The use of bionic design can settle the industry problem of structure damage of fermented grains during mechanized production.The introduction of TRIZ theory aims at weakening patent barriers and effectively fuse cross-industry professional skills.The combined utilization of bionic design and TRIZ theory is helpful for the intellectualization and the simplification of mechanized Baijiu production and to provide a useful thought for perfecting such production system.
