摘要
水族是贵州世居少数民族之一,拥有悠久灿烂的文化。在长期发展过程中,形成了独具特色的传统酿酒技艺。在现代化和商业化不断入侵的当下,作为水族传统文化重要组成部分的酿酒技艺,如何在传承与发展的同时实现开发利用,从而得以长期存续显得至关重要。加强科学研究,对水族传统酿酒技艺进行总结和提高;开发水族传统酒类的保健及营养价值,走独特发展道路;讲好品牌故事,凝练品牌价值;做好产品打造,抢抓旅游发展机遇;保护知识产权,传承传统酿造技艺;走整合营销传播之路,加强市场拓展力度,都是实现水族传统酿酒技艺当代价值的必经路径。
Shui people live in Guizhou for generations and have a long history and splendid culture.Shui people have their special liquor-making techniques.Under the background of globalization and commercialization,the inheritance and development of Shui people’s liquor-making techniques has become more and more important.The corresponding measures were summed up in this paper as follows:scientific summarization of Shui people’s liquor-making techniques,development of healthcare liquor products,enhancement of brand values,development of liquor-making tourism,protection of intellectual property right,and the integrated promotion of liquor products.
