对“三支一扶”计划长效机制的探究

就业环境的不断变化以及经济发展战略的调整,三支一扶计划对于农村地区的经济发展具有重要作用。高校毕业生作为推动经济发展的生力军,在三支一扶计划下就需要下到基层,带动农村经济发展。本文先对三支一扶计划的内涵做出解读,然后对当前面的一系列问题展开剖析,最后提出了构建三支一扶计划机制的一些建议,希望可以给相关人士提供参考和帮助。

With the continuous changes in the employment environment and the adjustment of economic development strategies,"Three Supports and One Assistance"Program has played an important role in the economic development of rural areas.College graduates,as a force for economic development,need to go to the grassroots to drive the development of rural economy under the"Three Supports and One Assistance"Program.This article firstly interprets the connotation of"Three Supports and One Assistance"Program,then analyzes a series of issues,and finally puts forward some suggestions for constructing the mechanism of"Three Supports and One Assistance",hoping to provide reference and assistance to relevant parties.
