大数据背景下湖南生态农业发展的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Development of Ecological Agriculture in Hunan under the Background of Big Data

作为传统农业大省,湖南一直有着发展成为农业强省的梦想。日前,国务院印发《促进大数据发展行动纲要》,明确提出要推进"互联网+"发展大数据在农业农村领域的应用,也更加指明了湖南未来农业发展的方向。本文从阻碍湖南互联网+现代农业发展的"瓶颈"入手,探讨"互联网+"战略为湖南现代农业发展提供的有利契机和探索融入"互联网+"时代的有效途径,旨在推动湖南农业发展与"互联网+"的高度融合,加快实现湖南农业的现代化。

As a traditional agricultural province,Hunan has always had the dream of becoming a strong agricultural province.Recently,the state council issued the outline of the action for the promotion of big data development,to promote the application of"Internet+"to develop big data in agricultural and rural areas,it also points out the direction of future agricultural development in Hunan.This paper starts from the bottleneck that hinders the development of Hunan internet and modern agriculture.It discusses the advantages of"Internet plus"strategy for the development of modern agriculture in Hunan,and explores the effective ways to integrate into the"Internet+"era.It aims to promote the integration of Hunan agricultural development and"Internet plus",accelerate the modernization of Hunan agriculture.
