基于人因工程学的可调式多功能(病)床具设计

摘要 如何以便利的方式、合理的成本为不同的卧床者提供个性化的床具一直是一个有待解决的现实问题。本文基于大规模定制思想、市场细分方法及人因工程学,首先根据成年人身高数据将人群分成若干组,并针对每一组群的卧姿体态特征设计对应的仰卧床板和侧卧床板;在此基础上,开发设计了一种可依据人体身高以及卧姿来调整床板的可调式多功能(病)床具;该床具包括一套床板调整机构和、可实现不同种类的床板支撑板的切换;为便于床板支撑板的切换,也设计了一套床板托架升降机构;最后,将智能技术引入该床具设计中,可实现床板托架自动升降、床板支撑板的自动切换。可调式多功能(病人)床具的设计可为卧床者(病人)提升睡眠质量提供了良好的环境保证。 Providing personalized service for the different patient by reasonable cost and convenient way has become a realistic problem.In this paper,based on mass customization,market segmentation and ergonomics,firstly,the population is divided into several groups according to the adult height data,and the supine positon'and the lateral position'bed plates are designed to each group;on this basis,the adjustable multifunction(hospital)bed is developed and it can adjust the bedplate supporting palte'types according to body height and prone position.The adjustable multifunctional bed includs a bed board adjusting mechanism,which can switch the different supporting plate;at the same time,a bed bracket lifting mechanism is also designed.Finally,the intelligent technology is used into the bed design and it can automatically switch the supporting plate and lift the bed bracket.The adjustable multifunction(hospital)bed can provides a good environment to ensure and improve sleeping quality for the patients.
