摘要
开关磁阻电机因其结构简单,调速范围宽,容错性好等特点得到了广泛的运用。功率变换器是开关磁阻电机驱动系统的中枢,是系统中最易出现故障的薄弱环节。本文利用Labview搭建了开关磁阻电机系统故障测试平台,通过对开关磁阻电机驱动系统正常运行、功率变换器发生故障时相电流波形进行对比,诊断开关磁阻电机驱动系统故障类型。
Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has simple structure,wide speed range and good fault tolerance,so it has been widely used.The power converter is the center of the switched reluctance motor drive system.It is the weakest link in the system.In this paper,a fault test platform for switched reluctance motor system is built by Labview.On this platform,the fault type of switched reluctance motor drive system is diagnosed by comparing the phase current waveform of the switched reluctance motor drive system with normal operation and power converter failure.
