摘要
随着我国信息化技术的不断发展,各类信息化技术在我国各行各业中都有了广泛的应用,汽车发动机制造行业也不例外。在使用了信息化系统与平台以后,发动机质量的管理就能够充分利用信息化技术来收集各方面的质量信息,并对这些信息进行深入的分析和处理,提高发动机质量管理的最终效果。本文先阐述了发动机质量管理信息集成平台的相关概论,并且在需求分析的基础上,分为质量管理信息、故障信息处理、不合格产品管理、质量月报管理、质量体系文件管理、供应商质量管理六个模块,分析了信息集成平台的建立,最后探讨了平台的实施效果。
With the continuous development of China's informatization technology,various types of informatization technologies have been widely used in all walks of life in China.The automotive engine manufacturing industry is no exception.After using the information system and platform,the management of engine quality can make full use of information technology to collect all aspects of quality information,and carry out in-depth analysis and processing of such information,and improve the final effect of engine quality management.This article first elaborates the related generalization of the engine quality management information integration platform,and on the basis of the demand analysis,it is divided into quality management information,fault information processing,unqualified product management,quality monthly report management,quality system file management,and supplier quality.The establishment of information integration platform is analyzed,and finally the implementation of the platform is discussed.
