地方高校工商管理专业应用型人才培养模式研究——以佛山科学技术学院为例

Research on the Model of Application-oriented Talent Cultivation for Business Administration Specialty in Local Colleges and Universities:Take Foshan University as an Example

工商管理专业作为研究工商企业经济管理基本理论和一般方法的学科,其发展与社会经济发展密切相关。本文以佛山科学技术学院为例,分析了地方高校工商管理专业在应用型人才培养模式中存在着教学方法相对落后、教学内容相对陈旧、实践教学环节弱化、师资队伍时间工作经验欠缺等问题,提出必须与"互联网+"时代发展相结合,与本地经济相结合,才能培养适合市场需求的应用型人才。并就"互联网+"背景下应用型人才的培养思路和保障机制提出了相应的对策建议。

Business administration is a discipline that studies basic theories and general methods of economic management of industrial and commercial enterprises.Its development is closely related to social and economic development.This paper takes the Foshan University as an example and analyzes that there are some problems in the application-type personnel training model of the local colleges and universities,such as relatively backward teaching methods,relatively old teaching contents,weakening of practical teaching links,and lack of time working experience of the teaching staff.It must be combined with the development of the"Internet+"era and integrated with the local economy in order to cultivate applied talents that are suitable for market demand.And corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the training ideas and protection mechanisms of applied talents under the"Internet+"background are put forward.
