摘要
目的:分析临床实习对医科实习生职业认同的影响,探讨提高职业认同的措施。方法:2015年8月,对云南4所医科院校200名2012级医科实习生进行抽样调查和个别访谈,评价、比较专业认同情况,并分析影响因素。结果:实习后不分专业的实习生职业认同感均低于实习前,其影响因素由强到弱依次为:医患关系(77%)、带教老师(67%)、实际的医护工作(61%)、实习科室(37%)。结论:临床实习影响医科实习生职业价值观;医患关系、带教师生关系对职业认同影响较大。
Objective:To analyze the influence of clinical practice on the medical identity of medical interns and discuss the measures to improve professional identity.Methods:In August 2015,a sample survey of 200 2012 medical interns from 4 medical colleges in Yunnan was conducted and individual interviews were conducted to evaluate and compare professional identification and analyze the influencing factors.Results:After the internship,regardless of professional interns,their professional identity was lower than that before the internship.Their influencing factors from strong to weak were:doctor-patient relationship(77%),teaching teacher(67%),and actual health care work(61%),internship department(37%).Conclusion:Clinical internship affects the occupational values of medical interns;doctor-patient relationship and teacher-student relationship have a greater impact on professional identity.
