大学生创业成功影响因素及关键要素供给研究

Research on the Influencing Factors and Supply of Key Factors for College Students' Successful Entrepreneurship

近年来,我国高等教育得到广泛普及,大学生毕业总数也在逐年递增,当前国内就业矛盾仍较为突出。基于此,本文从大学生创业内涵和特点入手,进一步分析了影响大学生成功创业的影响因素或关键要素,最后针对大学生创业短板对政府、高校和大学生自身提出几点改进建议,以达到鼓励大学生创业,确保大学生创业成功的目的。

In recent years,China's higher education has been widely popularized,and the total number of college graduates is also increasing year by year.The current domestic employment conflicts are still prominent.Based on this,this article starts from the connotation and characteristics of college students'entrepreneurship,further analyzes the influencing factors or key factors affecting the successful entrepreneurship of college students.In the end,this paper proposes several suggestions for improving the college students'entrepreneurial shortcomings to the government,universities and college students themselves,so as to achieve the purpose of encouraging college students to start their own businesses and ensuring the success of college students.
