作为行使消防行政职能的主体责任部门,消防部门必须以强烈的历史使命感,最大限度集中一切智慧,力争形成系统完备、科学规范、运行有效的消防行政审批工作体系。必须积极回应群众诉求,按照职权法定、透明便民高效的要求,为大众创业、企业创新提供便利条件。近年来,各级消防机构在提高消防行政审批效率方面进行了有益探索,推出了不少便民措施,取得了积极成效。同时,也遇到一些理论和实践难题,需要深入研究和逐步破解。

As the main responsible department for the exercise of fire administrative functions,the fire department must have a strong sense of historical mission,maximise the concentration of all wisdom,and strive to form a complete,scientific,standardized and effective fire administrative approval work system.We must actively respond to the demands of the masses and provide convenience for public entrepreneurship and corporate innovation in accordance with the requirements of statutory powers,transparency and convenience.In recent years,fire department at various levels have conducted useful explorations in improving the efficiency of fire administrative approval,and have introduced a number of convenience measures to achieve positive results.At the same time,some theoretical and practical problems have also been encountered,which require in-depth study and gradual cracking.
