人机任务中断下信息显示特征对信息提供率的影响研究

Research on the Effects of Information Display Characteristics on Information Presentation Ratio Under Task Interruptions of Human-computer Interaction

数字化控制系统在大型复杂工业系统中的逐步应用,工业系统主控室的信息显示发生了显著的变化,其中"巨量信息与有限显示"的矛盾引发新的人因问题。本文对数字化人机界面信息显示的特征进行了分析,并通过实验研究了在人机任务中断条件下,信息显示率和信息颜色编码对信息提供率的影响。实验结果表明在人机任务中断条件下:(1)信息显示率对信息提供率具有显著影响,随着信息显示率的增大,信息提供率会相应的降低;(2)在不同信息显示率水平下,信息颜色编码对信息提供率的影响不同。本文的研究对大型工业系统数字化人机界面的设计有一定的理论指导作用。

With the application of digital control systems in complex industrial system gradually,the information display in main control rooms of industrial system has changed significantly,among which the contradiction between massive information and limited display capability has caused some new human errors steadily.This has brought new challenge for the operation safety of the industrial system.This paper analyzed the characteristics of information display in a main control room.In addition,this paper investigated the effects of information display ratio and the information color coding on information presentation ratio under task interruptions of human-computer interaction through experiments.The results of the experiment indicated that:①information display ratio have a marked impact on information presentation ratio,with the increase of information display ratio,the information presentation ratio decrease.②the effects of information display ratio on information presentation ratio are different among different information display ratio levels.This paper will give some guide to the information display design of the digital main control room.
