PPP模式下工程项目管理实践研究

Research on Engineering Project Management Practice in PPP Mode

随着我国社会经济水平的快速提高,PPP(政府和社会资本合作)模式越来越多的出现在社会基础设施建设中,与传统的工程建设方式相比,PPP模式在表现出了巨大发展潜力的同时,其项目风险因素复杂、工程管理难度更大。因此,本文在从PPP模式的概念出发,对PPP模式下工程项目管理的特点与方式优化提出了自己的见解。

With the rapid improvement of China's social and economic level,more and more PPP(Public Private Partnership)models have emerged in the construction of social infrastructure.Compared with traditional construction methods,the PPP model has shown tremendous potential,but its project risk factors are complex and the management of projects is more difficult.Therefore,this paper starts from the concept of PPP mode and puts forward the author's own opinions on the optimization of project management characteristics and methods in PPP mode.
