工程项目管理存在的问题及对策

自改革开放以来,我国工程建设项目日益增多,项目管理水平决定着工程建设质量的高低,工程管理人员对项目管理工作越来越重视。相比于发达国家,我国工程项目管理具有较晚的起步,目前仍缺乏完善的项目管理制度和较高的管理水平,直接影响我国工程建设质量的提升。另外,我国任何一个工程项目都有着很大的工程量、复杂的施工环境以及巨大的投资额,对工程项目工作的开展也有一定影响。所以建筑单位需要深入分析目前工程项目管理中存在的问题,使工程项目实践活动得到广泛开展,项目管理水平进一步提高,从而满足经济发展的需求。

Since the reform and opening up,China's engineering construction projects have been increasing.The level of project management determines the level of project construction quality.Project management personnel attach more and more importance to project management.Compared with developed countries,China's engineering project management has a relatively late start.At present,it still lacks a perfect project management system and a high level of management,which directly affects the improvement of the quality of China's engineering construction.In addition,any project in China has a large amount of work,a complex construction environment,and a huge amount of investment,which also has a certain impact on the development of engineering projects.Therefore,the construction unit needs to analyze in depth the existing problems in the project management,so that the engineering project practice activities are widely carried out,and the project management level is further improved to meet the needs of economic development.
