摘要
文章主要以观察法和访谈法为研究方法,对幼儿进餐活动中的教师教育行为进行调查,发现了进餐教育行为在教育目的、内容和方式上存在的问题,并从教师、幼儿、幼儿园三个角度对现存问题进行成因分析,最后,为教师实施进餐教育行为提出针对性的改进策略。
This study probes into teachers’education behaviors in children’s dining activities by taking observation survey and interview investigation as the main research methods.The paper elaborates the problems of education behaviors on aims,contents and ways,analyzes the causes of problems from the perspective of teachers,children and kindergartens,and finally proposes targeted improvement strategies for teachers.
