摘要
通过对西安市某高校一位学前教育专业硕士研究生的实习经历进行个案研究发现,教育实习对一位准教师的专业能力成长有着深远的影响。文章具体深入地阐释了被研究者在实习中如何一步步实现提升,以及其中包括的内外部影响因素。最后参照被访者根据自身经历提出的建议,提出作为一位实习生应该将理论与实践相结合、保持积极良好的心态、主动学习并善于反思这三条建议。
The paper is based on a case study on the educational practice of a preschool education postgraduate student in a university in Xi’an,finding that educational practice has a far-reaching impact on the development of a prospective teacher’s professional competence.The paper explains in detail how the subject achieves self-development in practice externally and internally.Finally,referring to the recommendations made by the interviewee according to herself experience,the paper proposes that students should put theory into educational practice,maintain a positive attitude,take the initiative to learn and be self-reflective.
