摘要
选取韶关学院60名大学生(30男、30女)为被试,以国际情绪图片库的负性情绪图片诱发被试的负性情绪。在实验组中指导被试对负性情绪图片进行认知重评,进行情绪调节,分析被试的主观愉悦程度和焦虑评分的差异。结果为:1.运用认知重评后,大学生对高唤醒度负性图片的焦虑评分有显著降低(t=6.059,p<0.05),愉悦评分显著升高(t=3.679,p<0.05)。2.女性在低唤醒度刺激图片的愉悦情绪主观评分上显著高于男性(愉悦维度:t=1.740,p<0.05),但在总体水平上无明显差异(焦虑维度:t=0.793,p>0.05)。结论:无论男女大学生均能有效使用认知重评降低负性情绪,能有效改善大学生的心理健康问题,预防极端负性情绪。
To study the influence of cognitive reappraisal on college students’negative emotion,and to reveal the gender difference of the cognitive reappraisal strategy on emotion regulation,the negative emotion from international Mood Picture Library were used as an emotional stimulation in 60 college students and evaluation of the change of anxiety and pleasure evoked by the picture.The result was the following:(1)After cognitive reappraisal,the anxiety score on the negative pictures of high arousal was significantly reduced(t=6.059,p<0.05),and the pleasure score increased significantly(t=3.679,p<0.05).(2)The pleasure score of the low arousal degree picture in female was higher than the male(t=1.740,p>0.05)after cognitive reappraisal.Therefore,both male and female students can use cognitive reappraisal to reduce negative emotion effectively.Cognitive reappraisal might improve college students'mental health and prevent extreme negative emotions.
