Opportunity Challenge and Way of Rural Governance Under the Background of New Rural Construction

党的十八届三中全会提出了推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的改革目标,而治理现代化的重要标志是要实现治理主体多元化,并在治理主体间达成良好互动,形成治理合力。以乡村治理主体为观察视角,以宏观、中观、微观三个层面,辩证分析当前新农村建设背景下乡村治理存在的机遇和短板;并对推动乡村治理现代化提出若干思考。

The third plenary session of the 18th Party Congress formally put forward the objectives of the reform of national management system and management ability of modernization.An important sign of modernization is to achieve the diversification of the governance body,and to achieve a good interaction between the governance body,and a resultant force.Through the understanding of the governance theory,in the perspective of the construction of new countryside,the rural governance body for observation angle of view,with the help of macro,meso and micro levels of observation,this papers analysizes the present opportunity and shortage of rural governance,and puts forward ideas about promoting the modernization of rural governance.
