基于供应链的石油企业物流管理研究

Research on Logistics Management of Petroleum Enterprises Based on Supply Chain

随着社会经济和科学技术不断发展,对于石油企业物流管理科学性和有效性,也提出了更高、更严苛的标准要求。尤其在世界经济全球化的发展背景下,石油企业物流管理在企业自我发展目标科学实现过程中的重要地位日益突出,如何适应当前的企业物流管理需求,结合供应链管理下的企业物流特征,探究石油企业物流管理优化措施,成为现代石油企业物流管理人员必须面对和解决的现实问题。笔者即从石油企业物流管理入手,就供应链管理下的物流管理优化措施,发表几点看法,以供相关人员参考。

With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,so higher and more stringent standards are also put forward for the scientific and effective logistics management of oil enterprises.Especially in the context of the globalization development of the world economy,the important status of the logistics management of oil enterprises has become increasingly prominent in the scientific realization of the enterprise self-development goals.How to adapt to the current enterprise logistics management needs,and explore the optimization measures of logistics management of oil enterprises combined with the characteristics of enterprise logistics under supply chain management has become a realistic problem that modern oil enterprise logistics managers must face and solve.From the oil enterprise logistics management,the author makes a few comments on the logistics management optimization measures under the supply chain management,for the reference of relevant personnel.
