快速密闭催化消解法测定水样中CODcr实际应用的研究

摘要 针对现阶段各级环保主管部门执行的水污染物排放标准,CODcr排放浓度大多要求在≤350mg/L范围内,提出新的快速密闭催化消解法测定于相应浓度的样品,适应实际应用。对国家环保部标准样品进行了测定,检测结果均在其标准值不确定度范围内,其相对标准偏差在1.27%~5.12%(n=6)范围内;实际样品的加标回收率在97.5%~103.5%之间,说明该方法具有较高的精密度和准确度。运用该法可减少使用的试剂种类和用量,降低重铬酸钾试剂造成的铬污染,对实际工作有一定应用价值。 A new fast airtight catalysis and digestion method was developed for the determination of samples at the corresponding concentration,which is suitable for practical application,for the Water pollutant discharge standards implemented by environmental protection authorities at all levels,The CODcr discharge concentration mostly has been required in the range below 350mg/L at this stage.The State Environmental Protection Department of the standard samples were measured by this method,the test results were in the standard value range of uncertainty,and the relative standard deviation was 1.27%~5.12%(n=6);recovery of actual samples was at the rate of 97.5%to 103.5%,verifying that the method has higher precision and accuracy.This method can reduce the type and dosage of reagents used,and reduce the chromium pollution caused by potassium dichromate reagent,which has certain application value in practical work.
