摘要
介绍中天合创煤化工项目配套低温甲醇洗单元的甲醇消耗。从正常运行工况下甲醇消耗低和非正常工况下甲醇消耗高两方面分析,并对非正常工况下甲醇消耗高的问题提出相应控制措施。
The methanol consumption of low temperature methanol washing unit matching Zhongtian Co-generation coal chemical project is introduced.The low consumption of methanol in normal operation and the high consumption of methanol in abnormal operation are analyzed,and the corresponding control measures are put forward for the problem of high consumption of methanol in abnormal operation.
