论安全栅的安装方式

摘要 安全栅是介于现场设备与控制室之间的限制能量的模块,用把控制室供给现场仪表的电能量限制在既不能产生引爆危险气体的火花,又不能产生引爆危险气体的仪表表面温度,从而消除了引爆源,保证了安全生产。现实使用中,安全栅会发热,如散热不好,会影响安全栅的稳定,甚至在因安全栅连接的现场设备损坏,会有大电压、大电流通过安全栅,造成安全栅过热,引起火灾。因此,安全栅在机柜内的安装方式极其重要。经过实践,分离式的安装方式最适合,下面是对几种常见的安装方式的比较及讨论。 The safety barrier is a module for limiting energy between the field equipment and the control room,and is used for limiting the electric energy supplied to the field instrument by the control room to the temperature of the surface of the instrument which can’t generate sparks for detonating the dangerous gas or detonate the dangerous gas,thereby eliminating the detonating source and ensuring the safe production.In practical use,the safety barrier will heat,such as heat dissipation is not good,which will affect the stability of the safety barrier,even cause fire because of the overheating the safety barrier,which is caused by a large voltage and large current through the safety barrier,and the site equipment connected with the safety barrier damage.Therefore,the installation of the safety barrier in the cabinet is extremely important.After practice,the separated installation mode is the most suitable,and the following is a comparison and discussion of several common installation modes.
