摘要 化工工艺有着很强的复杂性,对化工工艺过程来说,所涉及到的危险化学品也是十分之多的,稍有不慎,就会造成危险因素的产生。所以,为确保化工工艺过程的安全性,应对其危险进行辨识,找寻到危险的根源之处,进而提出合理有效的风险管控措施,来抑制危险因素,实现整个化工生产过程的安全性。本文以化工工艺过程危险辨识为出发点,着重探讨化工工艺过程风险管控要点。 Chemical engineering process has a strong complexity.For chemical engineering process,the dangerous chemicals involved is also very much,and there will cause the occurrence of dangerous factors because of a little careless.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of chemical engineering process,we should identify the danger and find the root of the danger,and then put forward reasonable and effective risk control measures to suppress the risk factors,so as to achieve the safety of the whole chemical engineering production process.
