浅析油田注汽锅炉系统节能降耗改进措施

Analysis on Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction Improvement Measures of Oil Field Steam Injection Boiler System

目前随着社会经济的发展,对石油的需求也在不断的增加,越来越多的油井被勘探开发。然而在开采的过程当中,由于机器的投入数量增加,相对应的开采的能源消耗也增加了,大部分的石油企业将重点放在采油炼油的节能减排上,期望能有效的提高开采的采收率。本文则分析了造成油田注汽锅炉的能量损失的主要原因,并就此提出了一些改进措施,以期能有效的促进油田注汽锅炉系统的节能降耗工作的开展。

At present,with the development of social economy,the demand for oil is also increasing,more and more oil wells are being explored and developed.However,in the process of mining,due to the increase in the number of machine input,the corresponding energy consumption is also increased.Most oil companies focus on energy saving and emission reduction of oil extraction and refining,hoping to effectively improve the recovery ratio of oil extraction.This paper analyzes the main causes of energy loss of oil field steam injection boiler,and puts forward some improvement measures in order to effectively promote the development of energy saving and consumption reduction of oil field steam injection boiler system.
