摘要 本实验旨在运用气相色谱-离子阱质谱的SIM定量方法,调整色谱柱参数,通过BSTFA这种具有较高活性的衍生试剂,对阿司匹林片中的成分水杨酸进行衍生作用,弥补水杨酸直接用GC-MS测定的存在的灵敏度低、峰展宽较大等不足,从而提高测定的灵敏度,并绘制出工作曲线,探究在特定条件下的灵敏度和重现性问题,结果表明:水杨酸在44-88μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,方法具有操作简便、无需净化步骤、准确度高、重现性好等特点,可用于阿司匹林药片中的水杨酸的测定。 The purpose of this experiment is to use SIM quantitative method of gas chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry to adjust the parameters of the column,to derive the salicylic acid from aspirin tablets through derivative reagent with higher activity such as BSTFA to make up for salicylic acid GC-MS directly with the existence of the low sensitivity,peak broadening and other deficiencies,thereby increasing the sensitivity of the determination and draw the working curve to explore the sensitivity under certain conditions,and reproducibility,the results show that:salicylic acid The linearity in the range of 44-88 ug/mL,the method has the advantages of simple operation no purification steps,high accuracy,good reproducibilityetc.,can be used for the determination of salicylic acid in aspirin tablets.
