摘要 随着装备大型化,现场施工成本的居高不下,以及运输能力的日益提高,钢结构及压力容器等使用单位对整体交货的需求越来越强烈,因此新建厂房对吊装能力、主体结构承载能力要求越来越高,厂房大型化、重装化成为一种发展趋势。本文以某公司重型设备厂房钢结构制造为例,介绍在重型钢结构预制过程中,工装对施工效率及质量保证方面的促进作用,为在重型钢结构及其他设备预制过程中工装设计和使用提供参考。 With the large-scale equipment,high site construction costs,as well as the increasing transport capacity,the demand of use units such as steel structure and pressure vessels for overall delivery is stronger and stronger,so the requirement of new factory building for lifting capacity and the bearing capacity of main structure is higher and higher,and large-scale and reshipment has become a development trend.Taking the steel structure manufacture of heavy equipment factory building of a company as an example,this paper introduces the promoting effect of tooling on construction efficiency and quality assurance in the process of heavy steel structure prefabrication,aiming to provide reference for the design and use of tooling in the process of heavy steel structure and other equipment prefabrication.
