摘要
蓝牙音箱以其便携、美观等优点得到了用户广泛的使用。其技术较成熟,但每个人对美的概念、便携的要求是不一样的,所以就出现了音响五花八门,仍有人找不出一件自己满意产品的情况。在我国全面实施"中国制造2025",深化创新驱动的新形势下,增材制造技术正在从工业生产逐渐走进我们生活。结合蓝牙音箱目前存在的问题,以3D打印技术为依托,设计出属于自己的音响,同时为小型家用产品的独立DIY提供一定的理论基础。
Bluetooth speaker is widely used for its portability and beauty.Despite its technology,people’s tastes on beauty and portability vary.Thus diverse speakers came into being.Uner the situation of“China-made by 2025”and further innovation,additive manufacturing technology is spreading from industry to daily life.According to the problems of Bluetooth speaker in the current market,this paper reports on an optimization based on the process flow of 3D printing and the characteristics of the production equipment.The shape of the Bluetooth speaker has been reformed to meet the requirement of daily life.
