摘要
研究了球杆仪测试系统组成及原理,编制了数控机床测试程序,通过对MVC400数控加工中心XY工作台平面进行测试,得到了一组误差数据并绘制出了误差曲线图。结合球杆仪诊断手册,对测试结果进行了分析,并提出了误差消除的方法和策略。
Study on the principle and composition of the test system ballbar,compiled NC machine test program,through the test of MVC400 CNC machining center XY worktable,a set of error data was obtained and the error curve was drawn.Combined with the diagnostic manual of ball bar instrument,the test results are analyzed,and the methods and strategies of error elimination are put forward.
