广西某难选铅锌多金属硫化矿石选矿试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 广西某难选铅锌多金属硫化矿石,由于铅、锌矿物共生关系复杂,嵌布粒度不均匀,致使铅、锌分选困难。通过采用铅-锌依次优先浮选流程,以及合理的药剂制度,铅、锌矿物得到有效分离。闭路试验获得较好选矿技术指标:铅精矿铅品位55.15%,锌品位4.25%,铅回收率76.81%;锌精矿锌品位47.54%,铅品位2.93%,锌回收率77.22%;矿石中伴生的银在铅精矿中得到有效富集,银品位1 764.09 g/t,银回收率61.46%。 A lead-zinc ore from Guangxi is featured by complicated mineral intergrowth and uneven dissemination size,which makes it difficult for the separation of lead and zinc.The technology of preferential flotation,where lead is prior to zinc,is tested with appropriate reagent regime,effectively separating lead and zinc minerals.The final closed circuit test successfully reached good dressing indexes:lead grade in lead concentrates is 55.15%,zinc grade is 4.25%and lead recovery rate is 76.81%;zinc grade in zinc concentrates is 47.54%,lead grade is 2.93%and zinc recovery rate is 77.22%;silver associated with the ore is effectively enriched,silver grade is 1 764.09 g/t and silver recovery rate is 61.46%.
