基于我国宏观环境解构探讨“中等收入陷阱”

Discussion on the “middle income trap” based on the deconstruction of China's macro environment

伴随我国经济发展进入新常态,国内外关注的焦点再次聚集于"中等收入陷阱"。拉美及东亚等国家和地区的经济发展历史进程表明,收入分配不均和不平衡在诸多因素中是影响其陷入中等收入陷阱的主要诱因。在经济发展新常态下,我国要跨越中等收入陷阱必须从收入分配制度的顶层设计出发。本文运用收入分配、经济发展与跨越陷阱之间的均衡互动关系理论分析宏观构架,剖析我国收入分配不平衡的症结所在。

As China's economic development has entered a new normal,the focus of attention at home and abroad has once again gathered in the“middle income trap.”The history of economic development in countries and regions such as Latin America and East Asia shows that uneven distribution of income and imbalances among many factors are the main factors that affect the middle income trap.Under the new normal state of economic development,China must start from the top-level design of the income distribution system in order to leapfrog the middle-income trap.This article analyzes the macro-structure based on the theory of balanced interaction between income distribution,economic development,and crossing traps,and analyzes the crux of the imbalance in income distribution in China.
