摘要
组织是性别平等的重要推动力之一,性别在组织管理研究中得到持续关注。通过搜集、整理、分析近50年来发表在国际顶级管理期刊上的性别实证研究成果,同时对尚处于起步阶段的国内研究进行回顾,发现国外组织管理领域的性别研究取得了较丰硕的研究结果,在不同的时期,新的研究主题不断出现,持续被关注的旧研究主题不断深化。研究的理论视角不断扩展,从占主导的性别刻板印象和性别角色理论向社会认同、社会资本、工作—家庭冲突等多重理论视角扩展。研究方法使用日趋复杂,从单一个体层面研究向个体、团队和组织层面的跨层研究延伸。
The study collects,sorts out,and analyzes the gender empirical researches,which have been published in the international top management journals for the past 50 years.We found that gender studies in foreign organizational management research has achieved a lot of research results,and in different times,the new research theme continues to appear,and the study theme of constant attention has been expanded.These research topics can be classified into three frameworks,which are obstacles frames,difference frames and structure frames.The perspective of research theory has been extended from the perspective of the dominant stereotype and the theory of gender roles to multiple theoretical perspectives,such as social identity,social capital,conflict between work and family,and so on.And the use of research methods,which is increasingly complicated,is extended from a single individual level to team and organizational level.
