葛根素对突发性耳聋患者LPO、SOD、6-Keto-PGF_(1a)、TXB_2水平的影响

The clinical effects and safety of puerarin injection in patients with sudden deafness

目的探讨葛根素对突发性耳聋患者过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、6-酮前列腺素F_(1a)(6-Keto-PGF_(1a))、血栓素B_2(TXB_2)水平的影响,并分析临床效果。方法 122例突发性耳聋随机分为对照组61例与试验组61例,2组均给予常规治疗以及对症治疗,对照组给予盐酸川芎嗪注射液80 mg+生理盐水500 ml静脉滴注,1次/d;试验组在对照组的基础上给予葛根素葡萄糖注射液0.6 g+生理盐水250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后血清LPO、SOD、6-Keto-PGF_(1a)、TXB_2水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,对照组临床总有效率为83.61%,显著低于试验组的95.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清LPO、TXB_2水平均显著降低,且试验组显著小于对照组(P<0.05);血清SOD、6-Keto-PGF_(1a)水平均显著升高,且试验组显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为11.48%,试验组为6.56%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论葛根素治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effects and safety of puerarin injection in patients with sudden deafness.Methods One hundred twenty-two cases of sudden deafness were randomly divided into the control group(61 cases)and experiment group(61 cases).The two groups were given conventional treatment and symptomatic treatment.The control group was given ligustrazine hydrochloride injection 80 mg+normal saline 500 ml intravenous drip,1 time per day.The experiment group was given puerarin 0.6 g+glucose injection 250 ml intravenous infusion,1 time per day.Clinical efficacy,serum lipid peroxide(LPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),6-keto-prostaglandin F1a(6-Keto-PGF1a)and thromboxane B2(TXB2)levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group(83.61%)was significantly lower than that of the experiment group(95.08%)(P<0.05).The levels of LPO and TXB2 in serum were significantly decreased after treatment in both groups,with the experiment group being lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and 6-Keto-PGF1a in serum were significantly increased,with the experiment group having significantly higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the control group was 11.48%,and that of the experiment group was 6.56%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Puerarin is effective and safe for the treatment of sudden deafness.
