“大众创业,万众创新”背景下大学生村官参与SYB师资培训研究

Study on the Participation of College-graduates Village Officials in SYB Teachers Training under the Background of “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”

随着"大众创业,万众创新"的浪潮席卷全国,农村的创业创新也加快了进程,农村地区的SYB教育培训活动蓬勃发展,地方政府对SYB培训也不断进行规划和完善。对大学生村官的自身素质、大学生村官参与SYB师资培训所需具备的能力进行了研究,并给出了适当的对策和建议。

With the wave of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”sweeping across the country,entrepreneurial innovation in rural areas has also accelerated.In rural areas,SYB education and training activities are booming.Local governments’training for SYB is also constantly planning and improving.This paper studies the quality of college-graduates village officials and the ability of them to participate in SYB training,and gives appropriate countermeasures and suggestions.
