医护治一体化伤口管理模式在老年下肢慢性溃疡患者负压引流护理中的应用

Application of Lntegration of Medical Wound Treatment and Nursing in Elderly Patients with Chronic Ulcer and Negative Pressure Drainage

目的:探讨医护治一体化伤口管理模式在老年下肢慢性溃疡患者负压引流护理中的应用效果。方法:将2015年1月~2017年12月84例下肢慢性溃疡患者根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各42例,两组均行负压引流治疗,对照组治疗期间应用常规护理干预,观察组治疗期间应用医护治一体化伤口管理模式。比较两组溃疡愈合时间、新肉芽长出时间、每天换药次数、伤口渗液时间、平均住院时间、疼痛评分、生活质量评分及满意度评分。结果:观察组溃疡愈合时间、新肉芽长出时间、每天换药次数、伤口渗液时间、平均住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛感、生活质量及满意度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医护治一体化伤口管理模式能有效改善负压引流治疗老年下肢慢性溃疡患者预后。

Objective:To explore the application of integration of medical wound treatment and nursing in elderly patients with chronic ulcer and negative pressure drainage.Methods:According to random number table,a total of 84 patients with chronic ulcer of leg in our hospital were divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42)from January 2015 to December 2017.Two groups was implemented negative pressure drainage treatment.The control group was given routine nursing and observation group was applicated to integration of medical wound treatment and nursing.The ulcer healing time,the new granulation growth time,daily dressing number of wound exudation time,average length of stay,pain score,quality of life score and satisfaction score of two groups were compared.Results:The ulcer healing time,new granulation growth time,daily dressing change,wound exudation time and average length of hospital stay of observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain scores,quality of life scores and treatment satisfaction scores of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integration of medical wound treatment and nursing can effectively promote the prognosis of elderly patients with chronic ulcer who using negative pressure drainage.
