翻转课堂在肿瘤科新护士规范化操作培训中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨翻转课堂在肿瘤科新护士规范化操作培训中的应用效果。方法:将2014年7月入科的30名新护士作为对照组,采用常规规范化操作培训模式;将2015年7月入科的30名新护士作为观察组,采用翻转课堂进行培训。比较两组考核成绩、对培训方法的评价及患者对两组护士操作满意度。结果:观察组新护士操作考核成绩、对培训方法的评价及患者对新护士操作满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:实施翻转课堂能激发新护士主观能动性,增强培训效果,同时,提高患者对新护士的满意度。 Objective:To explore the effect of the flipped class on the standardized operation training of the new nurses in the oncology department.Methods:A total of 30 new nurses selected from July in 2014,as the control group,were conventional standardized operation training mode;another 30 new nurses selected from July in 2015,as the observation group,were applied the flipped class training.The results of the two groups were compared,the training methods were evaluated,and the patients′satisfaction rate with the two groups of nurses was compared.Results:The examination results of the new nurses in the observation group,the evaluation of the training methods and the patients′satisfaction scores on the operation of the new nurses in the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of the flipped class can stimulate the subjective initiative of the new nurses,improve the training effect,and improve the satisfaction of the patients to the new nurses.
