吴茱萸药包外敷神阙穴在恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的应用

Application of Fructus Evodia Charge on Shenque Acupoint in Chemotherapy for Malignant Tumor Cases

目的:探讨吴茱萸药包外敷神阙穴在恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为对照组和实验组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗与护理,实验组在其基础上使用吴茱萸药包外敷神阙穴,比较两组干预前后恶心呕吐发生率、症候评分变化、生活质量(QOL-C30)评分、肠鸣音恢复情况。结果:干预7 d后,实验组恶心呕吐发生率、各症候评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组QOL-C30中SF、PF、EF及RF评分高于对照组(P<0.05),肠鸣音恢复时间为0~24 h所占比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在恶性肿瘤化疗患者护理中应用吴茱萸药包外敷神阙穴,可有效改善其恶心、呕吐发生情况,缓解胃肠症状,促进胃肠功能恢复,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of fructus evodia charge on Shenque acupoint in chemotherapy for malignant tumor cases.Methods:A total of 80 cases of malignant tumor patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing care,while the experimental group used fructus evodia charge on Shenque acupoint on the basis of the routine treatment and nursing care.Before and after intervention,the incidence of nausea and vomiting,symptom score changes,quality of life(QOL-C30)score,recovery of bowel sound were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 d intervention,the experimental group′s the incidence of nausea and vomiting,the symptom scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the scores of QOL-C30,SF,PF,EF and RF were significantly higher than those the control group(P<0.05).The proportion in recovery time of bowel sound between 0~24 h was significantly higher than the proportion of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of fructus evodia charge on Shenque acupoint in nursing care for patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy,can effectively improve the incidence of nausea and vomiting,relieve gastrointestinal symptoms,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the quality of life.
