脑卒中肢体偏瘫患者照顾者生活质量与家庭功能的关系

Relationship between Quality of Life and Family Function of Caregivers of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:调查脑卒中肢体偏瘫患者照顾者生活质量与家庭功能的相关性,为提高脑卒中肢体偏瘫患者照顾者的生活质量的干预措施提供理论依据。方法:采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表(WHOQOL-BRIEF)、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)和一般情况调查表对123名脑卒中肢体偏瘫患者的主要照顾者进行调查。结果:脑卒中肢体偏瘫患者照顾者家庭功能较低,生活质量较差;脑卒中肢体偏瘫患者照顾者的生活质量在心理领域、生理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域4个维度得分均低于国内常模(P<0.01);脑卒中肢体偏瘫患者照顾者的生活质量各领域得分与家庭功能呈负相关(P<0.01);不同性别、文化程度、患者自理能力及与患者不同关系的照顾者的生活质量存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:脑卒中肢体偏瘫患者照顾者的生活质量较差,其生活质量与家庭功能密切相关。医护人员在促进患者康复的同时,也要关注照顾者的生活质量和身心健康。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between quality of life and family function of caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia,so as to provide theoretical basis for interventions to improve the quality of life of caregivers of hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods:The main caregivers of 123 stroke hemiplegic patients were investigated by the WHO Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-BRIEF),Family Assessment Device(FAD)and general situation questionnaire.Results:Stroke patients with limb hemiplegia had lower family function and poorer quality of life.The quality of life of caregivers in stroke patients with limb hemiplegia in the 4 dimensions,including psychological field,physiological field,social relationship and environmental field,was significantly lower than that of the whole country norm(P<0.01).The scores of quality of life in caregivers of stroke patients with limb hemiplegia were negatively correlated with family function(P<0.01),and there was a statistically significant difference in the life quality of caregivers with different gender,educational level,self-care ability and the relationship with patients(P<0.01).Conclusion:The quality of life of the caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia is very poor,and the quality of life is closely related to the family function.While promoting the rehabilitation of the patients,the medical staff should also pay attention to the quality of life and physical and mental health of the caregivers.
