乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Preservation of Intercostal Brachial Nerve in Modified Radical Mastectomy

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床效果。方法选取我院于2012年10月—2017年10月收治的40例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,对照组进行常规的乳腺癌改良根治术,分析组在进行乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经。经过手术治疗后,对两组患者的肿瘤位置上方手臂内侧皮肤感知情况进行观察。结果在两组患者术后2~3个星期后,对肿瘤位置上方手臂内侧皮肤感知情况进行检测发现,分析组患者的皮肤感觉正常例数所占比例为96.67%,皮肤感觉异常所占比例为3.33%,优于对照组的皮肤感觉正常患者所占比例73.33%,以及皮肤感觉异常患者所占比例26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经,有利于提升患者的肿瘤位置上方手臂内侧皮肤感知情况。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of preserving intercostal brachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods 40 cases of breast cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research subjects.The control group was treated with conventional modified radical mastectomy,while the analysis group underwent intercostal brachial nerve preservation during modified radical mastectomy.After surgical treatment,the surface perception of interior arm of the two groups of patients was observed.Results After 2~3 weeks,the surface perception of interior arm was detected,normal sensation of the skin accounted for 96.67%,paresthesia accounted for 3.33%in analysis group,which were significantly better than the control group of 73.33%and 26.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion Preserving intercostal brachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy is helpful to enhance the surface perception of interior arm.
