卡维地洛联合螺内酯对慢性心力衰竭患者心肌重塑的影响

摘要 目的探讨卡维地洛联合螺内酯对慢性心力衰竭患者心肌重塑的影响。方法选取我院收治的80例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,两组患者在给予常规正性肌力、硝酸酯药物、吸氧治疗后,对照组给予卡维地洛,观察组患者则给予卡维地洛联合螺内酯,对比两组患者治疗后左室收缩期末内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果两组患者LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛联合螺内酯可有效改善CHF患者心功能,抑制心肌重塑。 Objective To investigate the effect of carvedilol combined with spironolactone on myocardial remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital were studied.Two groups of patients were treated with conventional positive inotropic,nitrates,and oxygen inhalation,the control group were given carvedilol,the patients in the observation group were given carvedilol and spironolactone,the left ventricular end diameter(LVESD),left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were compared between the two groups.Results The differences of LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carvedilol combined with spironolactone can effectively improve cardiac function and inhibit myocardial remodeling in CHF patients.
