单独使用酮康唑与联合克霉唑栓对老年念球菌性阴道炎的治疗效果

The Therapeutic Effect of Ketoconazole Combined With Clotrimazole on Senile Candidiasis Vaginitis

目的探讨单独使用酮康唑与联用克霉唑栓对老年念球菌性阴道炎的治疗效果,并对比两组方法的疗效情况。方法将我院于2015年1月—2016年7月收治的100例老年念球菌性阴道炎患者,按随机分组的方式划分为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组患者采用酮康唑进行治疗,研究组将在对照组的治疗方案上联合使用克霉唑栓进行治疗,对比两组患者的疗效情况,两组患者治疗前、后的临床症状及体征评分情况以及不良反应的发生情况。结果研究组与对照组患者治疗的总有效率分别是96%与78%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的评分情况具有改善,研究组的改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在不良反应的发生情况方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酮康唑联合克霉唑栓对老年念球菌性阴道炎的治疗效果优于单独使用酮康唑。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ketoconazole combined with clotrimazole on senile candidiasis vaginitis.Methods 100 patients with senile neonatal candidiasis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to randomized group methods.The patients in the control group were treated with ketoconazole,on the basis,the study group was treated with the combination of clotrimazole and ketoconazole,the efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared,clinical symptoms and vital signs score before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared.Results The total effective rate was 96%and 78%in the study group and the control group,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement effect was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of ketoconazole combined with clotrimazole on senile candidiasis vaginitis is better than that of ketoconazole alone.
