自拟二小汤(小青龙汤与小柴胡汤加减)治疗喘息性气管炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Er Xiao Decoction(Small Qinglong Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction) on the Treatment of Asthmatic Bronchitis

目的探讨自拟二小汤(小青龙汤与小柴胡汤加减)治疗喘息性气管炎临床效果。方法选择2017年1月—2018年1月在我院呼吸内科接受治疗的喘息性气管炎患者54例,随机分组,观察组27例取自拟二小汤(小青龙汤与小柴胡汤加减)加用,对照组27例应用呼吸内科常规西医方案治疗,对比两组临床总有效率,对比治疗前后两组肺功能指标。结果观察组喘息性气管炎病例总有效率经评定为96.3%,高于对照组74.1%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后均有程度不等改善,观察组改善幅度更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的喘息性气管炎患者,应用自拟二小汤(小青龙汤与小柴胡汤加减)治疗,可增强临床效果,改善肺功能。

Objective To observe the effects of er xiao decoction(small qinglong decoction and xiaochaihu decoction)in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,54 asthmatic bronchitis patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group of 27 cases with er xiao decoction(small qinglong decoction and xiaochaihu decoction)and control group of 27 cases of respiratory medicine of routine western medical treatment,the total efficiency of two groups before and after treatment,and lung function index was compared.Results The total effective rate of asthmatic tracheitis in the observation group was 96.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.1%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the degree of improvement was different after treatment.The improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For asthmatic bronchitis patients,er xiao decoction(small qinglong decoction and xiaochaihu decoction)treatment can significantly enhance clinical effect,improve lung function.
