探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期采用加味清金化痰汤治疗的疗效

The Curative Effect of Jiawei Qingjin Huatan Decoction in Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期采用加味清金化痰汤治疗的疗效。方法将收治的106例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者分为两组,对照组患者应用沙美特罗替卡松粉剂治疗,观察组患者应用加味清金化痰汤治疗。结果观察组的治疗有效率96.23%,高于对照组的81.13%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的FVC、FEV_1以及FEV_1%指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者应用加味清金化痰汤治疗,不仅临床治疗效果显著,还可改善患者肺部功能指标。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of jiawei qingjin huatan decoction in the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 106 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation were divided into two groups,patients in control group was treated with salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder,patients in the observation group were treated with jiawei qingjin huatan decoction.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.23%,higher than that of the control group of 81.13%(P<0.05).The FVC,FEV1 and FEV1%indexes of the patients in the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of jiawei qingjin huatan decoction in the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is not only effective in clinical treatment,but also can improve the pulmonary function index.
