血液检验用于风湿病诊断的临床价值探析

Clinical Value of Blood Test in the Diagnosis of Rheumatism

目的探析血液检验在风湿病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取30例风湿病患者作为观察组,同期健康检查人员30例为对照组。两组均实行血液检验,对比分析检验结果指标差异及诊断价值。结果观察组检验各项指标均高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PCV比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论风湿病患者与健康人员的血液检验结果差异明显,展现出其对于本病早期确诊的积极作用。

Objective To explore the value of blood test in the diagnosis of rheumatism.Methods Thirty patients with rheumatism were selected as the observation group and 30 healthy people during the same period as the control group.Blood tests was performed in both groups,and the differences of the test results and the diagnostic value were compared.Results The indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in PCV(P>0.05).Conclusion The blood test results of patients with rheumatism and healthy people are quite different,showing its positive effect on the early diagnosis of this disease.
