血液细胞形态学检查出现误诊与漏诊的原因分析

Analysis of the Causes of Misdiagnosis and Missed Diagnosis of Blood Cell Morphological Examination

目的探讨血液细胞形态学检查出现误诊与漏诊的原因。方法研究对象共120例均是2016年8月—2017年12月接收的到本院接受血液细胞形态学检查的患者,其中有4例出现误诊与漏诊的患者,将所选取的120例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果研究所选取的120例患者在接受了血液细胞形态学检查以及确诊检查之后,统计120例患者漏诊、误诊的的情况。经分析使用血液细胞形态学进行检验的准确率为96.67%,使用显微镜方式对患者疾病进行诊断的确诊率为100.00%。两种诊断方法的确诊率差异存在统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论虽然使用血液分析仪来进行血液细胞形态学测定可以提高工作人员的便利度,但其对疾病的确诊率却是不如显微镜下检查的,对此血液分析仪还不能完全取代显微镜下检查的地位,其只能作为疾病筛查工作的手段之一,在检查过程中,为了避免患者出现漏诊、误诊现象,工作人员还需使用其他检查手段对患者确诊。

Objective To explore the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of blood cell morphological examination.Methods A total of 120 patients were enrolled in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017,who received misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of blood cell morphology.The clinical data of 120 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results 120 patients were examined by blood cell morphology and confirmed diagnosis.The clinical symptoms of 120 patients were missed and misdiagnosed,and the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were recorded.The accuracy rate of the analysis of blood cell morphology was 96.67%,and the diagnosis rate of the patient's disease by microscope was 100.00%.There was a significant difference in the rate of diagnosis between the two diagnostic methods,that is,P<0.05.Conclusion Although can detect the staff to improve the convenience of the blood cell morphology using blood analyzer,but the disease diagnosis rate is not examined under the microscope,this blood analyzer also can not completely replace the microscope to check the status of the disease screening can only be regarded as one of the means to work,in the inspection process,in order to avoid patients with misdiagnosis phenomenon,the staff also need to use other means to check the patients.
