累及气管支气管的复发性多软骨炎的护理分析

Analysis of Nursing of Relapsing Polychondritis Involving Tracheal Bronchus

目的探讨累及气管支气管的复发性多软骨炎(RP)的护理分析。方法选取我院2013年5月—2017年3月收治的12例累及气管支气管的复发性多软骨炎患者作为研究对象。所有患者均给予甲泼尼龙治疗,所有患者均给予对症的护理干预。结果所有接受治疗的患者中,2例在60天症状完全缓解,5例症状明显减轻;5例治疗无效,给予金属支架植入术治疗,其中2例呼吸道阻塞症状明显改善,2例症状有所缓解,1例无改变,12例患者中,非常满意9例,一般满意3例,满意度为100.00%。12例随访12个月,存活11例,病情基本稳定。结论在累及气管支气管的复发性多软骨炎患者中采用护理干预效果显著,可有效提高患者存活率,改善护患关系。

Objective To investigate the nursing of relapsing polychondritis(RP)involving tracheal bronchus.Methods 12 patients with RP involving tracheal bronchus admitted into our hospital from May 2013 to March 2017 were selected as the research object.All the patients were treated with methylprednisolone and given symptomatic nursing intervention.Results Among all the patients with treatment,the clinical symptoms of 2 cases totally relieved within 60 days,the symptoms of 5 cases significantly reduced;5 cases failed treatment and they were given metal stent implantation,the respiratory tract obstruction of 2 cases significantly improved,the symptoms of 2 cases relieved,1 case had no changes;There were 9 cases of great satisfaction,3 cases of general satisfaction in 12 cases,the satisfaction was 100.00%;12 cases received 12-month follow-up,11 cases survived and the conditions were basically stable.Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with RP involving tracheal bronchus is effective,it can increase the survival rate of patients,improve nurse-patient relationship.
