摘要
目的分析舒适护理对于慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的临床护理效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者88例,随机分为观察组和对照组各44例,其中观察组患者进行舒适护理,对照组患者进行常规护理,对比其护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,患者平均住院时间短于对照组,患者的症状缓解率高于对照组,数据显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的临床护理能够极大的提高患者的舒适度,改善患者病情,护理效果良好。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of comfortable nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.Methods From April 2016 to April 2017,88 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases).Patients in observation group was given routine care,the nursing effect was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The average length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group.The symptom relief rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group.The data showed statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema can improve the patient comfort,improve the patient's condition,and the nursing effect is good.
