摘要
目的探讨系统的规范化护理对脑胶质瘤手术患者临床效果及应激反应的作用。方法选择72例2016年2月—2017年10月脑胶质瘤手术患者,根据随机表分组。对照组用普通的手术护理方案,系统组采取系统的规范化护理。比较效果。结果系统组患者脑胶质瘤手术护理满意度等指标优于对照组,P<0.05。结论系统的规范化护理对脑胶质瘤手术患者临床效果及应激反应的作用确切。
Objective To investigate the effect of systematic standardized nursing on clinical effect and stress response in patients with glioma surgery.Methods 72 patients with glioma from February 2016 to October 2017 were analyzed according to a randomized table.The control group was given ordinary surgical care program,the system group was given systematic standardized nursing.The effect was compared.Results Satisfaction of the patients with systemic glioma surgery was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic and standardized nursing has exact and clinical effect on patients with glioma surgery.
